MESSAGE FROM VALARIE KELLER – 2018
There are not enough words to say thank you to everyone who volunteered to help out at Dancin For Miracles, donated items for our raffles, Penny sale and auction, donated all the toys and to all the dancers who attended to make this another success. After all the expenses we raised $4000.00, and one of the hospices we will donate to is the one where Robert (Croc) Young spent his last days. He was a great man, well known in the dance community, he taught at Dancin for Miracles for years.
Thank you to the Thurs. set up crew, Hank, Gloria, Charlene, Carol, Cathy, Kathy, Doris, Kathy M, Lori, Don, Ron, Gail, Erika, Jo-Anne, Rhonda, Sue M, Sue B. On Fri. all of the above minus Hank and Don, did the vegetables, cheese and sandwiches.
The teachers Dawn Cox, Ruurd Van de Ven, Kate Henry, Dan Morrison, Christine Wilde, Fred Buckley, Cathy Montgomery, Victor Scaletchi, and Jennie Johns, DJs Dan Morrison and Lynn Warden and all the dancers.
Thank you Michel Cabana for the lovely poster of my mom, it made me cry. Thank you to the Canadian Country Cruisers for another fabulous show and to Vivienne Scott for all her advertising. Thank you also to Matthew Keller and Kianna Kwiatek for all your help.
I am so over whelmed at everyone’s generosity for our toy drive, just remember on Christmas morning that you all helped put a smile on a child’s face. Our Linedance family is always there no matter what, we are all an awesome bunch of people. My mum is very proud of all of us for what we do for charity, she always believed in helping the less fortunate. Luv you all ❤️❤️
